Features: flat voice/messaging/data; prepaid SIM cards with deactivated roaming and recharing

DE: Homepage for customers (telekom.de/hilfe/ukraine); as of now, those SIM cards are valid until end of June 2022.

Individual requests: All 540 T-Shops (own and partner shops; not independent dealers) hand out SIMs to refugees with an Ukrainian passport. (Since March 10, 2022; DT media release). The refugee needs to go to the shop himself, so it's not enough that someone else does it for him.

Free calling/SMS/MMS with DT SIM cards (Magenta + Congstar) or DT fixedline access to Ukraine (country code +380) + free roaming of DT SIM cards in Ukraine. Not free: Ukrainian SIM cards roaming in DT footprint, as users with Ukrainian SIM cards are charged by their Ukrainian operator for roaming, not by DT. (DT media release, March 10, 2022)
